This is the beginning of the 4x400m relay when I was in grade 11! I was anchor position, and we came in second place at cities! At NOSSA, I motivated our team to fourth place finish, but also to beat the team that beat us at cities. Although a fourth wouldn't bring us to OFSAA, we were proud of our race, which was overall better than cities, and we never felt more like a team.
